• A refundable security deposit, payable at the time of approved application (with available apartment), will hold an available apartment. If applicant fails to execute a lease with management, the deposit becomes property of management in lieu of application processing and apartment make-ready expenses. The amount of deposit will be $350.
• Lease terms are available, ranging from six to twelve months.
• We accept rent payment by check, money order or cashier's check. No cash or credit cards, please.
• Pets allowed with a nonrefundable $400 pet deposit.
